Nice little party going down in Brighton town on 2nd February. Chris Galloway (out of Soft Rocks) and Pure Pleasure (one of the MAIN record dealers who shaped the new balearic / disco / leftfield dance uprising) is turning 50. More recently he's set up a local radio station in the shape of 1BTN for which this event is also a fundraiser.

Pretty killer line-up as you'd expect <deep breath> We've got friend of Test Pressing, acid house hero and balearic bombshell Nancy Noise, probably one of the finest albeit somewhat under the radar London DJs; Frankie Valentine and ALL FOUR OF Soft Rocks (they've not been in the same building together for about 5 years let alone played together).

Downstairs it's Psycho Pab (formerly of the Psychonauts and Unkle), legendary reggae selectors Roots Garden, Lee Janda from Finders Keepers and fellow birthday girl Jayne Winstanley.
