Ryohei Yamashita is a painter and illustrator from Fukuoka, now relocated to Yokohama. His work is based on the concept of “Yakudo” which translates as “full of life, energy and movement”. These two pieces are titled “Rave” and “Windmill”. The brush strokes on "Rave" remind me of those of traditional calligraphy.
