Going by the records used this video comes from about 1990. A Japanese camera crew film New York record shops and DJ Hiro (presuming from Major Force) and Larry Levan play at a party together. Towards the end from about 41 minutes there is an interview with Larry Levan where he's speaking total sense. Also, how amazing does Downtown Records look at 10:54 in the video. Time machine please.
