Paqua Live

Words by Apiento

Last night saw Paqua live at The Shacklewell Arms in Dalston. Playing a mixture of the new and old Bing Ji Ling, Mudd and co properly turned it out. If I was a booker of bands at a festive I'd get this lot on for the sunny Sunday afternoon slot as they are the perfect band for then. Crosby, Stills and Nash vibes met funky Chic-esque guitar and a groove was hit. They keep it moving that lot and have the songs to boot. Bing is a great front man and sits perfectly on top of the congas, bass, drums and keys and fx from Mudd. We took a camera, saw lots of friends and family and here's what we saw. Catch them while you can.
