I honestly thought this compilation would be the sound of a barrel being scraped but I am happy to say I am totally wrong. ESG, Quando Quango, Section 25, Durutti Column, Fadela (source of that classic rave sample 'We Are EEEEEEE') and er Thick Pigeon. It's a certain sound for sure but if you like punk funk dance business you'll like half of this. If you like the wonky side of the Paradise Garage soundtrack then you'll like the other half. Some clangers of course but wasn't that always the case with Factory. Accidental genius in a lovely sleeve.
