We haven't run a mix for ages and felt it time to start finding some people we feel inspired by and want to share so here we go...

Xiaolin is a DJ and producer from Hong Kong. She first came to notice via her 'Xin Ai (Searching For Love)' release on Sound Metaphors Bless You label, a brilliant dream pop balearic beat. She enjoys the ethereal aspect of music and often plays ambient live sets.

Xiaolin spent ten years studying classical violin, jazz, world music and electronic composition abroad where she played in Batucada / Latin bands whilst at the same time starting to collect records. She is inspired by by the early "dance" sounds and has been combining that with analog-heavy productions to release her own music. Looking forward to big things incoming.
