Sound Metaphors is one of the finer record stores in Berlin and has expanded its remit to include a couple of reissue labels, an under the counter edit operation and a party that aims to offer something a little different. There is a real attention to detail at play here - building their own soundsystem, the design and quality of releases. They also have a fondness seemingly for booking "weathered" UK DJs (Idjuts, Mison, Soft Rocks) that will always be endearing here at TP towers....
