Duncan aka Coral D is putting a flag in the sand already to be one of the producers to properly watch this year. He's quietly been self releasing brilliant music for a number of years now. His music always holds a groove down, generally via a killer beat, and then just has things happening in and around this... Take 'Dissolve' from last year by example...

Or if you want to dig further back there is this one which is a bit of a perennial for me. Always sounds good. Warms things up nicely and just flows along...

So there's a new release which has a killer lead track 'Core Group' which is one of those perfect 'get people in the mood' tracks... Super tidy beat, nice keys and pads and warm fx. I really want yo hear this at 6am in Croatia this summer. It'll sound perfect... It's made for that.

The track also has another killer track, a collaboration with Porn Sword Tobacco, called 'Send It' which has that sort of 80s hip hop beat updated for now with a load of delays and cowbells and stuff and a wicked remix from Fett Burger of 'Dissolve' which ups the bpms and wigs out the wonk. It keeps the vibe that Coral D has but send its into Fett Burger world which is never a bad place to be.

We really recommend buying the whole discography and getting yourself set up with all the Coral D. Coral D has also been nailing the remixes recently as you can hear from these two which are up own Bandcamp now for the Sex Tags label Digitised Planet and (shouts to the Chavikus and ElZorro in the TP forum for highlighting this one)...

So Coral D. One to buy on sight and look out. Good things coming 2023 no doubt. Big up D!
